1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or accessing UniversalDigi WhatsApp CRM services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service. If you are operating on behalf of a company, you warrant that you hold legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions.
2. Permitted Use & Meta Compliance
Our service provides advanced automation workflows, bulk campaigns, and Smart CRM inboxes. Because we interface directly with the Meta/WhatsApp Business API:
- You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy at all times.
- You are strictly prohibited from sending unsolicited spam, automated harassment, or bulk messages to contacts who have not explicitly opted in.
- UniversalDigi reserves the right to immediately terminate or restrict accounts that trigger Meta API spam warnings or engage in abusive communication.
3. Fees, Subscription & Fair Use
UniversalDigi is offered on a tiered subscription model. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Usage limits, including agent counts and campaign volumes, are determined by your plan settings. Violating limits or attempting to bypass platform restrictions will trigger suspension.
4. Limitation of Liability
UniversalDigi provides the service "as is". We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by Meta API outages, account bans by WhatsApp, hardware degradation, or other factors outside of our direct, localized server control.
