- Operating and maintaining the Smart CRM inbox interfaces and workflows.
- Executing automated keyword and AI-powered conversational auto-replies.

3. Data Security & Storage
We employ state-of-the-art security measures to protect your data, including cryptographically secure password peppering (using 32-byte cryptographic hashes), Redis connection firewalls, and Aiven-hosted PostgreSQL database servers which encrypt all data at rest and in transit.
4. Data Deletion & Retention
To keep our database lean and protect privacy, we run a scheduled message retention job that automatically deletes message logs older than 90 days. Users can request complete profile deletion or database erasure at any time by contacting our support team at support@universaldigi.com.
